The 31-year-old model was seen with her former boyfriend and England star in Dubai boarding a plane headed for the Maldives.
They landed in Male, the most populous city in the Island nation in the Indian Ocean, before making their way to a more remote island by private seaplane, a source told The Sun.

Their reunion may come as a surprise to many after Kelly was spotted celebrating her birthday with Thom, who played international rugby for Scotland.
They spend time sitting alone chatting and giggling away at the May Fair hotel in London in November.
The pair had split in June after less than two years together after Danny, 23, had decided to move to Australia to play rugby for the Melbourne Rebels.
